Emerald Oils Chocolate Biscuit Cake Recipe

What you need: 
Ingredients
  • 65ml Emerald Oils rapeseed oil 
  • 200g milk chocolate 
  • 130g dark chocolate. 
  • 3 tablespoons of golden syrup, 1 tablespoon milk
  • 250g of biscuits (mixture of toffee pops,rich tea and digestive)
  • 1 handful of maltesers 
  • 1 crunchie 1lb loaf tin
Method: 
  • Line loaf tin with cling flim 
  • Break chocolate into small pieces add oil,milk, chocolate and golden syrup into saucepan and melt over low heat,stir well
  • Take pan off heat and add broken biscuits and broken crunchie, mix in maltesers 
  • Pour into the lined tin and cool in fridge for three hours
  • Remove the biscuit cake from the tin and peel off the clingfilm 




Cut into small pieces and enjoy.....

I made this tonight almost exactly as the new directions say. I had baked chicken left over from Sunday dinner so I used cooked chicken instead of raw. I just added the chicken and the rice a little later. It was not too thick at all. In fact just perfect. I love soup. Will be a family favorite.

Wow! Great recipe for grilled chicken. It was juicy and tender. I used the chicken this time to make chicken pesto sandwiches and will used the leftovers on my salad for lunch tomorrow. Thanks for the great recipe.
