Simple,Clean Granola

ingredients

300g oats (use 100g jumbo and 200g regular)
60g roughly chopped mixed nuts
50g pumpkins seeds
50g sunflower seeds
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
100g flaked almonds
50g coconut flakes or desiccated
2 teaspoons cinnamon
100g dried fruit
5 tablespoons Emerald Oils
3 tablespoons local honey
100ml maple syrup

Method

Mix all dry ingredients except dried fruit in a large bowl
Mix all wet ingredients
Add dry to wet
Spread on a lined baking tray and bake at 160oC for 45 mins stir every 10 minutes
Add dried fruit and cook for a further 5 minutes
Remove from oven and cool, keep in air tight container
Tips: Use gluten free oats if on a gluten free diet .

Emerald Oils Chocolate Biscuit Cake Recipe

What you need:
Ingredients

65ml Emerald Oils rapeseed oil
200g milk chocolate
130g dark chocolate.
3 tablespoons of golden syrup, 1 tablespoon milk
250g of biscuits (mixture of toffee pops,rich tea and digestive)
1 handful of maltesers
1 crunchie 1lb loaf tin

Method:

Line loaf tin with cling flim
Break chocolate into small pieces add oil,milk, chocolate and golden syrup into saucepan and melt over low heat,stir well
Take pan off heat and add broken biscuits and broken crunchie, mix in maltesers
Pour into the lined tin and cool in fridge for three hours
Remove the biscuit cake from the tin and peel off the clingfilm

Cut into small pieces and enjoy.....
